I found this interesting box at the thrift store last week. It started life as a bright red child's art tote, complete with personalization and cute little art-related decorations. I sanded and scrubbed, then spray painted with black. It is now a table decoration, useful for very many things.
Right now my thrifted hydrangeas pop out of the top, held in place with three old milk bottles. In the summer it could hold cans of flatware for a patio party, no?Sorry I forgot to take a "before" photo. Apparently I was overly excited to get started on its remake.
