Homemade Applesauce

It's been almost a month since I last posted; I guess I haven't been "making" or "doing" all that much recently. But today I broke that lazy streak - I made 6 pints of applesauce with the rest of our fall apples. They were getting rather mushy and not all that enjoyable to eat whole. I'm sure we will enjoy them now that they are sauced!

You, lazy? Never thought you could be. Now I see that you are painting a ceiling! Ufda! Almost as ambitious as scraping a ceiling.

I get distracted by reading books and writing on blogs and writing on my own blogs which your hubby got me into three years ago. Probably this is laziness.

My hubby is doing well and is still in stage one of Alzheimer's. Being a caregiver is not a matter of laziness at all, however, but of applying Scripture and researching. And it will get worse. Caregiving is not for sissies.
